Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Center for Hope seeks a grants and compliance professional to ensure reporting, tracking, and contract execution across nonprofit programs. You will support data collection, analysis, and staff training while maintaining meticulous records and ensuring programmatic and financial compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' experience in program management or compliance within nonprofits or social services, with strong MS Office skills.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial and programmatic reports are submitted per specifications.

• Ensure grant contracts are executed and agency compliance maintained.
• Facilitate staff training and technical assistance as requested.

About the Role:

Performs a variety of activities related to the compliance, evaluation and monitoring of a comprehensive set of client service programs. Ensures program compliance with financial, legal, and programmatic requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that financial and programmatic reports are submitted according to specifications.
• Responsible for tracking of all confirmed and pending grant agreements, award payments, expenses, and other financial transactions, and for accuracy of grant archives.
• Ensure grant contracts are executed on all grant awards, agency compliance with those contracts, and provide support to program managers.
• Facilitate training and technical assistance of staff as requested.
• Provides support for data collection, analysis, and reporting for all grants received and in support of efficient and effective operation of the department.
• Establishes, maintains, and revises departmental files and records.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree required and significant experience with program management or compliance, nonprofits and/or social services agencies preferred.

Experience: 3 to 5 years experience, Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Pay Range: $21.50 to $34.83 Based On Experience
