Texas Southmost College seeks an accounting specialist to perform technical financial record-keeping and reporting duties for the College, the TSC Foundation, and grant-funded programs. You will support accounting systems, analyze fiscal data, and prepare statements in line with grant requirements and college policy.

Responsibilities include detailed financial reporting, balance reconciliations, and assisting with year-end closing and audits.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed financial, accounting, and statistical statements and reports for the College and the TSC Foundation.
• Reconcile a variety of accounts, review variances, and ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Assist with year-end closing activities, grant walk-forward entries, and liaison with external auditors.
