Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum two years of accounting experience in grants/contracts preferred.
• Knowledge of governmental accounting and grant reporting is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical accounting duties for grants, contracts, and foundation accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, analyses, and grant reports with accuracy.
• Analyze budgets, variances, and cost allocations for compliance.
• Reconcile accounts, review transactions, and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with grant accounting, invoicing, and receivables/payables.
• Coordinate with principal investigators and program staff on reporting deadlines.
• Support audits by compiling documentation and preparing required schedules.
• Maintain accounting systems and procedures for grants and contracts.
