Job summary

Native Forward Scholars Fund is seeking a Grant Manager to ensure grant compliance, accurate reporting, and effective internal/external communications. You will inform programs of donor regulations, manage reports, budgets, and proposal development, and collaborate with Finance and Development to maintain high standards of grant management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with four years of grant-related experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years’ grant compliance/administration experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Native Forward Scholars Fund policies and procedures.
• Maintain donor reporting, budgets, and compliance timelines.
• Develop and revise funding proposals and donor reports.
• Coordinate internal reporting and communication across teams.
• Support audits and ensure documentation readiness for reviews.
