Job summary

UNAVAILABLE is seeking a Grants Compliance and Capacity Building Manager to ensure post-award grant management, reporting, and compliance across the organization. The role partners with the Executive Director, coordinates with Finance, and supports regional capacity building within the NANA region.

The position focuses on grant compliance (40%), development (30%), and regional capacity building (30%), with potential travel and occasional after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years of grant administration or related experience.
• Experience administering grants, including compliance monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
• Ability to research funding opportunities and develop clear grant proposals and reports.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience training, technical assistance, or stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead grant compliance and reporting across the organization, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Oversee planning and coordination of grant development, proposals, and supporting materials.
• Strengthen grant management capacity region-wide through education and technical assistance.
• Coordinate responses to funder inquiries, audits, and reviews with Finance and staff.
• Maintain grant files, templates, and reporting standards for consistency.
