Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation is seeking a Grants Compliance and Capacity Building Manager to lead post‑award grant management, reporting, and compliance across the organization. You will collaborate with executives, partners, and regional entities to strengthen grant capacity and secure funding.

The role allocates ~40% to compliance/reporting, ~30% to development/proposals, and ~30% to regional capacity building and technical assistance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5–7 years of grant administration, development, or related experience.
Experience administering grants, including compliance, reporting, and deadlines.
Ability to research funding opportunities and develop proposals.
Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
Experience communicating with leadership, funders, and cross‑functional teams.
Driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead grant compliance, reporting, and portfolio administration.
Coordinate development, writing, and submission of grant proposals and supporting docs.
Manage timelines, budgets, and coordination with Finance and staff.
Provide technical assistance and capacity-building to regional partners.
Develop templates, boilerplate language, and resources for grant management.
Monitor compliance risks and coordinate corrective actions with leadership.
