Job summary

Nth Cycle is seeking a Grant Manager to lead post‑award compliance and multi‑year grant administration across federal, state, and international programs. This role will work with internal subject matter experts to develop reports for grant authorities, manage grant budgets, and provide updates to leadership on progress against grant activities.

The Grant Manager will coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Business Development to monitor milestones and ensure timely responses to sponsor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in U.S. federal grant management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate awards and coordinate with program officers.
• Lead budget revisions and milestones with Go/No-Go points.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to respond to negotiation items in a timely manner.
• Monitor post‑award compliance and budget drawdowns with Finance.
• Track milestones and ensure deliverables align with the award schedule.
• Liaise with grant program staff and subcontractors throughout the award life.
• Develop and maintain sponsor reporting and responses to inquiries.
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership.
