Qualifications

• Associate degree and 3 years of clerical experience including grant writing and project management.
• Experience coordinating grants, policies, and Civil Service processes.
• Ability to develop and analyze reports for leadership.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate current and potential grants from research to post-award administration.
• Prepare Commissioners Court agenda items for grant applications, funding, and contract modifications.
• Route grant approvals through the chain of command and ensure compliance with requirements across departments.
• Collect and analyze data to substantiate community needs and support grant proposals and reporting.
• Manage grant timelines, deliverables, financial documentation, and audit readiness.
• Serve as the Civil Service Coordinator, administering Civil Service rules and maintaining records.
• Oversee promotional processes, including eligibility verification and exam administration.
• Administer departmental policy, records, and compliance systems.
• Oversee PowerDMS, including access, security, workflows, reporting, and training.
