The Arc Prince George’s County is seeking a Grants Compliance Manager for a full-time, exempt role to lead the grant lifecycle across federal, state, local, and private funding totaling $10M+.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will establish compliance infrastructure, advise executive and program leadership on grant risk, financial stewardship, and funder requirements, and maximize grant resources in line with donor intent and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, finance, accounting, business, public administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or advanced professional training preferred.
• Advanced analytical, financial, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior leaders, funders, auditors.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and grant/accounting systems such as Sage Intacct.

Responsabilités

• Grants Management: Provide strategic oversight of the organization’s grant compliance and post-award administration; manage budgeting, reporting, monitoring, and closeout.
• Portfolio Oversight: Maintain grant portfolio oversight including award amounts, performance periods, expenditures, reporting deadlines, and closeout status.
