Job summary

The Bronx River Alliance is seeking a Grants & Compliance Manager to oversee post-award grants, contracts, and subawards while coordinating budgets, reporting, and compliance across programs and finance. The role includes migrating grant tracking to Salesforce and building dashboards for organization-wide visibility.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of grants management experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with government portals.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of post-award grants management or related experience.
• Experience with government grants, contracts, and subawards.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills; familiarity with databases/CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to coordinate budgets, invoicing, and reimbursements; report writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance, risk management, and reporting for government grants and subawards.
• Maintain centralized grant tracking with deadlines, deliverables, and funder obligations.
• Lead post-award reporting with program staff for timely funder submissions.
• Migrate grant tracking to Salesforce and build dashboards for visibility.
