Job summary

The Bronx River Alliance is seeking a Grants & Compliance Manager to coordinate all post-award activities, including budget oversight, reporting, and regulatory compliance for government grants and contracts.

You will work closely with Programs and Finance to ensure timely funder submissions, maintain organized grant files, and lead the Salesforce migration of grant tracking for centralized oversight across departments.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in post-award grants management, government contracts, nonprofit finance, or compliance.
• Proven background in grant portfolios, compliance, post-award reporting, and funder communication.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and database/CRM experience.
• Exceptional written communication and cross-department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance, reporting, and subawards for federal, state, and local government grants and contracts.
• Lead post-award reporting in collaboration with program staff and funders.
• Develop grant budgets and monitor expenditures and invoicing with Finance and programs.
• Migrate grant tracking to Salesforce and build dashboards for visibility.
