Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of related compliance, audit, or disaster management experience.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CFE, or CEM.
• Disaster management experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Strong project management and prioritization across engagements.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Travel willingness and ability to work extended hours when needed.
• Reliable transportation; driver's license recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage government and public sector compliance for disaster recovery funding programs.
• Develop client relationships and lead interactions with local governments.
• Verify compliance, conduct transaction testing and meet program requirements.
• Lead teams monitoring federally funded projects.
