Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in social work or related field.
• Two or more years of experience as a Program Coordinator, Specialist, or equivalent.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Tribal assistance services under 477 and NFAP programs.
• Develop program projects and set short/long-term strategic goals.
• Supervise staff including hiring, coaching, evaluations, and discipline.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and monitor caseload equity.
• Coordinate training across 477 Tribal assistance programs and documentation.
