Job summary

The Grants Specialist III position is located in the Advocancy Grants Unit within the Division of Victim Services in the Office of the Attorney General in Tallahassee, Florida. The incumbent will review grant applications for compliance, monitor subgrantees, and provide technical assistance on program requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing progress reports, monitoring budgets and expenditures, and assisting in developing grant management policies and procedures to ensure sound grant

Qualifications

• Four years of administrative experience in accounting, banking, accounts receivable, payroll processing or related field.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Review grant applications for compliance.
• Conduct monitoring and audits of subgrantees.
• Recommend approval of change requests and invoices.
• Provide technical assistance on program requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and monitor budgets and expenditures.
