Job summary

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of administrative experience in the areas of accounting, banking, accounts receivable, payroll processing or other related field.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical review of grant applications to ensure compliance with the grant program.
• Conduct on-site monitoring, desk audits and reviews for program compliance and prepares reports of findings and corrective action needed.
• Review and recommend for approval change requests and invoices submitted by sugrantees.
• Provide technical assistance to subgrantees on program requirements.
• Monitor budget, expenditure and reporting requirements of subgrantees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of grant management, including budget, expenditure, report and correspondence requirements of the grant program.
• Prepare periodic progress and evaluation reports on grant activities.
• Complete special assignments and perform related duties as assigned
