Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (required)
• One to three years of accounting (accounts payable, payroll and/or general ledger) experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial projections and program budgets
• Review and monitor transactions for compliance with fund requirements
• Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries for month-end and year-end close
• Assist in preparing the annual budget
• Maintain chart of accounts and financial reporting
• Manage revenues and expenses budgetary lines
• Verify and reconcile transactions in the accounting system
• Interpret and apply grant and program regulations and requirements
• Ensure timely actions before and after awards
