Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of professional fiscal experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Two years of experience with Maryland State appropriations budget submission and federal grant budgets.
• Experience with FMIS, ADPICS, and R*Stars finance systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise budgets, grants, and procurements within the Office of Preparedness and Response.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Oversee federal grant budgets and grant/ procurement agreements.
• Support 24/7 readiness for public health emergencies.
