Trilogy, Inc. is seeking a Financial Manager in the Skokie, IL area to partner with cost center leaders on budgets and forecasts. You will analyze financial results, provide actionable insights, and drive cost reduction and revenue generation.

A core emphasis is grant management from pre-award to post-award, including reporting and compliance across multiple government agencies. You will lead a team of Analysts, coordinate with program directors and grant managers, and work across departments to

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field.
• 3-5 years of grants management, reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge and ability to write proposals and prepare related grant applications.
• Ability to analyze and compile reports and correspondence; interpret regulations regarding grant contracts.
• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Monthly grant reporting for various cost centers.
• Finalize grant revenues for month-end reporting.
• Prepare monthly revenue and expense analysis reports to review with Directors.
• Manage a team of Analysts, including assignment, supervision and performance management.
• Maintain relationships with external grant managers and program officers ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate implementation of grant awards and post-award compliance.
• Compile financial and non-financial data for internal and grant reports.
• Submit new/renewal grant applications to city, state, and federal bodies.
