Job summary

TRILOGY BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE is seeking a Financial Manager to partner with cost center leaders on annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, analyze performance data, and present insights for cost reduction, revenue generation, and operational efficiency. The role focuses on pre- to post-award grant activities and reporting across departments.

You will manage grant opportunities, track spend, ensure compliance, and prepare grant billings and internal reports with executives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of grants management, reporting and analysis.
• Ability to analyze and compile reports; interpret grant laws and regulations.
• Experience writing grant proposals and managing grant applications.
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monthly grant reporting for various cost centers.
• Finalize grant revenues for month-end reporting.
• Prepare monthly revenue and expense analysis reports.
• Manage Analysts and provide supervision/performance management.
• Maintain relationships with external grant managers and program officers.
• Coordinate grant awards post-award and ensure compliance.
• Prepare internal and grant-related reports and billings.
• Oversee new/renewal grant applications to government bodies.
