Trilogy Health Services is seeking a highly analytical Financial Reporting Manager to lead management and investor reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role focuses on developing scalable reporting processes, delivering quarterly packages, and providing insights to executives and stakeholders.

Travel is minimal, and a CPA or MBA is required. The position offers a path to lead a small team, collaborate with external auditors, and implement AI-enabled tools to improve reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting.
• CPA or MBA is required.
• Experience leading financial reporting and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Owns and develops recurring management reporting, including monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and KPI reporting.
• Translates financial results into actionable business insights for management and investors.
• Leads preparation and analysis of financial statements and cash flow statements.
• Partners with FP&A and finance leaders to connect P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Drives process improvements and evaluates AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting speed and accuracy.
