VOA is seeking a Grants and Performance Manager to work to ensure data integrity, performance tracking and compliance with DOL reporting requirements. The selected candidate will oversee all financial operations of the RESTART grant, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, proper fund allocation and fiscal oversight of sub-grantees.
This position is full-time (40 hours per week) and extends the
opportunity for both On-Site and Hybrid Work Schedules
This position is grant funded and scheduled for continuation through December 31, 2029

Qualifications
Bachelors or better in Accounting or related field.
5-8 years: Managing federal grants (DOL preferred)
