Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, accounting, or a related field.
• One year of experience in grants management or related administrative support.
• Satisfaction of the minimum qualifications does not entitle automatic progression.
• Other education/experience may substitute for all or part of requirements, except for certification or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential grant funding opportunities.
• Assist in preparing and submitting grant applications and proposals.
• Assist in reviewing and processing financial data related to active grants, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain records of grant applications, awards, and status reports in the grants management database.
• Prepare routine reports on grant performance, budget compliance, and timelines.
• Assist in the preparation of budget proposals and financial documentation for grant applications.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed in support of the grants team.
