Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience or 6 years in lieu of a diploma/GED.
• Experience with program management and data reporting.
• Ability to develop and maintain databases and supporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage program/project implementation and monitor progress with PI and study team.
• Develop and maintain operational support databases and program management tools.
• Support for program-level data collection, entry, analysis, and communication.
• Lead or assist in preparation of annual and periodic data reports for programs and projects.
• Maintain current SOPs and documentation for the program.
• Oversee regulatory compliance for program activities.
• Assist in grant proposal development and submission.
• Contribute to abstracts, posters, presentations, reports and publications.
• Provide administrative support: scheduling, presentations, document development, events, communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
