Job summary

Adams County Colorado Workforce and Business Center is seeking a knowledgeable analyst to support grant opportunities, monitor grant performance, and analyze data from reports to advise leadership. You will assist with planning, budgeting, and policy development to ensure program success and compliance.

Qualification includes 5 years in grant administration, a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, and the ability to obtain a Colorado driver's license and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics or related field.
• Ability to obtain a Colorado driver's license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor monthly grant reports and analyze fiscal and program data.
• Provide recommendations to WBC leadership based on grant performance.
• Work with WBC Managers to plan budgets and grant services.
• Prepare KPI reports and analyze monthly data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, county, and department policies.
• Create outreach plans and marketing materials for grant information.
