Responsibilities

Reconcile grants accounts within the financial systems at ACRI and AC; set up new grants in Workday.
Monitor budget revision requests for approval and approve grant expenditures in Workday.
Provide customer service to the research community and ensure compliance with federal grant guidelines.
Prepare monthly reports such as Schedule of Activities by Grant and FFATA reporting.
Assist Director of Research Accounts with annual account reviews with PI and staff.
Review subaward invoices for regulatory compliance and budget alignment.
