Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Grants Administrator I to support post-award research administration for assigned departments. You will assist Principal Investigators and staff with routine financial, compliance and admin tasks under supervision, maintaining grant records and helping monitor basic award progress.

Qualifications

• Education - Required Associate’s Degree in General Studies, Business, Finance or Healthcare Administration.
• Education - Preferred Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administration of assigned grants, supporting compliance with sponsor and institutional requirements.
• Monitor routine financial activity and help PI track basic award progress.
• Maintain accurate accounting records by entering and updating financial information and reconciling accounts.
• Support preparation of standard post-award deliverables and respond to inquiries to facilitate timely submissions.
