Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of ocean projects with NOAA laboratories, universities, and cooperative institutes, including Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) and Notices of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) with a focus on ocean technology and marine geology grants.
• Provide technical services regarding ship and ocean platform operational capabilities, including requirement definitions, mission planning, scheduling, and resourcing to meet science requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate IAAs, MOUs, spend plans, and cooperative institute (CI) task orders for approved projects, tracking budgets, funds distribution, and serving as the administrative Point of Contact (POC) for project reporting.
• Serve as a liaison for the OER-Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) partnership, drafting work plans, monitoring reporting status, and coordinating the execution of partnership agreements.
