Responsibilities

• Grant Research and Development: identify funding opportunities across local, state, federal, corporate, and foundations.
• Maintain a comprehensive grants calendar with deadlines and reporting requirements.
• Evaluate funding opportunities for organizational fit and develop persuasive proposals.
• Coordinate proposal development with department leadership and program personnel.
• Monitor awarded grants to ensure compliance with funder requirements and track expenditures.
• Prepare and submit timely programmatic and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate grant files and support documentation.
• Collect performance metrics to support grant applications and reporting materials.
