Regis University is seeking a Grant Project Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the federally funded TPSID grant. You will oversee compliance, reporting, and collaboration to promote inclusive higher education and transition-to-employment outcomes for students with intellectual disabilities.

The role partners with Academic Affairs, Student Life, Disability Services, Career Services, and external evaluators to ensure program success and sustainability.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Higher Education Administration, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum five years of grant management or program leadership in higher education or nonprofit settings.
• Knowledge of inclusive higher education practices and transition services for students with intellectual disabilities.
• Experience managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

• Manage all administrative and financial aspects of the TPSID grant.
• Prepare and submit annual reports, continuation applications, and financial statements.
• Monitor grant expenditures and coordinate with Financial Affairs.
• Lead documentation and evaluation with external evaluators.
• Collaborate with evaluation team to collect data on outcomes and guide improvement.
• Develop training for grant-funded personnel and coordinate across departments.
• Represent the program to the U.S. Department of Education and TPSID networks.
