Job summary

Seattle University seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to lead the A-OCAY grant activities, data collection, and stakeholder liaison work. The role supports a holistic, community-engaged behavioral health workforce education initiative.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage timelines, deliverables, and budget reporting while coordinating with MSW, MACFT, and DNP teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and data-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities: plan timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collect trainee data and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with university and community partners for collaboration.
• Coordinate with MSW, MACFT, and DNP field coordinators to place trainees.
• Monitor grant deliverables and prepare progress reports.
• Prepare financial reports with the Project Director and Office of Sponsored Research.
• Develop and implement continuing education opportunities.
• Oversee trainee payments and stipends.
