Job summary

Stark State College (OH) seeks a Grant Project Coordinator to support the PI in NSF/ATE grant administration and execution. You will coordinate activities with partners, schedule meetings and events, handle purchases and invoicing, and help develop outreach and recruitment initiatives for advanced manufacturing careers.

You will plan student boot camps and workshops, disseminate outcomes, maintain records, and ensure compliance with grant requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Advanced Manufacturing, or a related field required.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with diverse populations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Project management and event coordination experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities with partner colleges, employers, and project stakeholders.
Schedule meetings and events; purchase supplies; and process invoices and billing statements.
Assist with outreach and recruitment initiatives; plan student boot camps and workshops.
Disseminate project outcomes and deliverables; maintain administrative records and reports; support grant objectives.
