Job summary

Stark Tech is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead construction initiatives, balancing scope, cost, schedule, and staffing while coordinating with external vendors and ensuring contractual commitments are met.

The ideal candidate will review technical documents, respond to project inquiries, monitor costs and progress, manage resources, and collaborate with sales and engineering to define project objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a field related to construction or equivalent required.
• 2 years' progressive experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed projects.
• Strong cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, cost, schedule, and staffing.
• Coordinate with external vendors and manage contractual commitments.
• Review technical documents and respond to project inquiries.
