Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or journeyman trade status required.
• Minimum of five years machining industry experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in the Industrial Technology area.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures and hands-on lab sessions in manufacturing technology, automation, and electrical systems.
• Develop instructional materials and assessments aligned with program outcomes.
• Evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback to support learning.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and supervise the use of lab and classroom equipment.
• Stay current with advancements in technology and industry trends to ensure course relevance.
• Participate in curriculum development and program improvement initiatives.
• Support student success through advising, mentoring, and career guidance.

Typical Responsibilities Include:

• Teaching courses in the Industrial Technology area.
• Courses are assigned based upon the candidate's technical expertise in industrial applications.
• The candidate must be available to work during the day and evening.
