The Grant Project Administrative Assistant will be a highly skilled professional. This position is essential to manage aspects of the grant including filing quarterly, biannual, and yearly reports and keeping track of the program statistics provided by the demographic sheets from the nurses. They will also submit requests for reimbursement to the financial officer with Augusta County. They will keep the Forensic Program Coordinator informed of monies available for education, travel and certification testing. They will be responsible for timely coordination and application of approaching grant deadlines
This position will be privy to Protected Health Information (PHI) and other confidential information about board members, donors, team members, patients, business, and community leaders. This confidential data and information must be held in strict confidence to maintain trust and legal obligations.
