Job summary

Loma Linda University Health is seeking a Grant Administrator to oversee the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM) grant, supporting the Principal Investigator in the execution of milestones, data sharing, dashboards, and SOPs, and coordinating with program staff and finance for compliance and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, public administration, science or a related field.
• Experience with federal and/or state grants, compliance frameworks, project management, supporting proposal submissions and/or managing subrecipient monitoring.
• Three years of experience in similar scope grant administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer the CIRM grant, including progress reports, dashboards, landing page components and SOPs.
• Coordinate grant milestones, data-sharing, and cross-functional collaboration with program, finance, and leadership.
• Support PI execution and assist with sponsor requirements, meetings, and grant closeout activities.
• Collaborate with post-award and finance teams to ensure fiscal oversight and compliance.
