Aufgaben

• Manages HUD and SHIP grant cycles including development of application tools and evaluation of selection criteria.
• Identifies and reprograms unspent funds and develops amendments to HUD Action Plans and LHAP.
• Coordinates, writes and prepares Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).
• Prepares and processes lien releases, mortgage modifications, and related documents for program beneficiaries.
• Provides training and technical assistance to CHS staff and subrecipients on regulations and grants processes.
• Establishes and maintains HUD-funded programs in IDIS and completes closeout processes.
