Job summary

Creighton University College of Nursing is seeking a collaborative Grant Manager to support research from proposal development through award management and closeout. You will work directly with faculty investigators and College leadership to navigate sponsor requirements, manage budgets, and ensure compliant, timely grant execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, research administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in grant, contract, research, financial, or sponsored-project administration.
• Experience developing and managing grant budgets and interpreting sponsor guidelines.
• Experience with financial monitoring, reconciliation, and budget-to-actual analysis.
• Preferred: experience in university/healthcare research environments and familiarity with Uniform Guidance.

• Support competitive grant applications from pre-award to submission.
• Manage awards with monitoring, reporting, and budget revisions.
• Provide proactive PI partnership and grant-management guidance.
