Responsibilities

• Plans, facilitates, and assists in negotiation of agreement changes and amendments, and coordinates cost and price analyses.
• Serves as a Grant Manager for subrecipient agreements under Hazard Mitigation Grant Match programs.
• Maintains subrecipient files for assigned projects and ensures compliance with federal guidelines.
• Provides guidance across programs on scope of work creation, QPR reporting, and life-of-subrecipient compliance.
• Acts as liaison between Commerce and consulting firms and conducts reviews of activities and expenditures for compliance.
• Develops document templates to standardize processes and supports timely, high-quality deliverables.
