About the Role:
As the Grant Manager, you will play a vital role in securing the financial resources needed to sustain and expand Clarity's programs. You will be responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of current and prospective grant funds that align with Clarity's mission. Your work will directly support our ability to serve women, men, and families with pro-life services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and apply for grants that align with Clarity's mission and initiatives
  • Develop compelling grant proposals and ensure timely submissions
  • Manage grant compliance, reporting, and tracking of awarded funds
  • Cultivate relationships with foundations, grant-making organizations, and funding partners
  • Collaborate with leadership and program teams to align funding opportunities with Clarity's goals

Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is someone who shares Clarity's pro-life values and has a heart for service. You should have:

  • A strong understanding of grant writing and funding processes
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
  • Experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • A commitment to Clarity's mission and faith-based approach
