Administrative Assistant to VP of Development

Are you passionate about supporting a life-changing ministry? Clarity of Central Indiana is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a full-time position as a Development & Grants Administrative Assistant. This role combines administrative excellence with a heart for ministry, helping secure vital funding for our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Grant Writing (25-30 hours/week): Research and write compelling grant proposals; maintain records of applications, deadlines, and outcomes.
  2. Administrative Support (10-15 hours/week): Data entry, scheduling, correspondence, donor communications, and fundraising support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English or Communications
  • Strong writing skills with attention to detail; ability to communicate Clarity's mission effectively.
  • Organized, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and creativity in grant proposals.
  • Tech-savvy with databases, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
  • Detail-oriented and knowledgeable about grant writing, fundraising, or nonprofit development (a plus).
  • Persistent and a team player excited to work in a faith-based environment.
