Job summary

Valley Hope Addiction Treatment & Recovery Foundation seeks a Grant Administrator to manage funder reports, assist with grant writing, and maintain the grants CRM. This full-time role is based in Norton, KS and supports post-award activities, compliance, and donor stewardship.

The position collaborates across departments, ensures deadlines are met, and contributes to building a robust grants program within a non-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of work experience in an office setting.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops funder reports in accordance with grant requirements and deadlines.
• Assists the Grant Manager with grant writing and letters of intent for funding.
• Maintains and enhances the grants database/CRM, including data entry, report building, and data pulls.
• Tracks grant-related expenditures to support stewardship, reporting, and compliance.
• Coordinates post-award grant management, including compliance tracking and publicity requirements.
• Coordinates with other departments to gather information for grants applications, reporting, and compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in social services, public administration, public health, business or related field; or equivalent work experience.
