Valley Hope Foundation is seeking a Grant Administrator to support grant management at our Norton, KS office. This role focuses on developing funder reports, assisting with grant writing, and maintaining the grants database/CRM.

Ideal candidates will have two years of office experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and familiarity with non-profit fundraising or project management. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of work experience in an office setting.
• Experience in non-profit fundraising or project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops funder reports in accordance with grant requirements and deadlines.
• Assists the Grant Manager with grant writing and letters of intent for funding.
• Maintains and enhances the grants database/CRM, including data entry, report building, and data pulls.
• Tracks grant-related expenditures to support stewardship, reporting, and compliance.
• Coordinates post-award grant management, including compliance tracking and publicity requirements.
• Coordinates with other departments to gather information needed for grants applications, reporting, and compliance.
