Job summary

Valley Hope Foundation in Norton, KS is seeking a Grant Administrator to support fundraising and compliance efforts. You will develop funder reports, assist with grant writing, and manage the grants CRM.

The role involves tracking expenditures, researching new opportunities, coordinating post-award activities, and collaborating with other departments to fulfill grant terms. Office-based with occasional travel; comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of office experience are required.
• A valid unrestricted driver's license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in social services, public administration, public health, business or related field; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops funder reports in accordance with grant requirements and deadlines.
• Assists Grant Manager with grant writing and letters of intent for funding.
• Maintains and enhances the grants database/CRM, including data entry and reporting.
• Tracks grant-related expenditures to support stewardship, reporting and compliance.
• Coordinates post-award grant management and compliance activities.
• Researches mission-aligned grant opportunities and reports findings.

Education

Two years office experience

Valid driver's license

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
