Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide participant intake, enrollment, orientation and onboarding.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure enrollment documentation is complete.
• Maintain participant files from intake to program completion.
• Monitor attendance, engagement and progress within the cohort.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
