Qualifications

• Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in technology and familiar with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and assignments with a high level of flexibility, to learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical support for trainings and other events.
• Oversee operations and internal communications for the team.
• Handle external communication with all applicants.
• Oversee scheduling coordination with teams to ensure successful implementation of the process.
• Oversee data systems for teams and ensure data and reports are error-free.
• Support the Teacher Effectiveness Coordinators to ensure all teachers are prepared to be highly effective in the classroom.
• Align work to goals of improving department effectiveness.
