Job summary

WestCare Foundation seeks a Data Coordinator to support the Research and Evaluation team in implementing the program's plan. You will help coordinate data collection, data quality, and reporting, maintain databases, and support evaluations across service delivery sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a research-related field and at least three years in related work, with strong Excel/SPSS skills, confidentiality, and teamwork. Some travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a research-related field required.
• Minimum of three years in program management or related field.
• Experience with data collection tools and surveys.
• Experience with Excel and SPSS; data quality and confidentiality emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection, data quality, tracking, and follow-up assessments.
• Maintain databases and generate reports to support evaluation of outcomes.
• Lead HMIS upgrades and data reporting to stakeholders and funders.
• Collaborate with staff to promote timely, complete, and reliable data.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.
