Job summary

DC Government is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead advanced management and strategic support for the ARROW grant program within the State Mental Health Agency workforce initiative. The role partners with OSSE and the DBH Training Institute to develop school mental health coursework for graduate students and new hires, and supervises field interns in community and home visits.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with major study in an academic field relating to health science or allied science.
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level.
• Licensed Qualified Practitioner includes LICSW, Psychologist, or LPC, through the DC Department of Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced-level management, administrative, and programmatic support and strategy to implement OSSE’s ARROW grant program.
• Support OSSE's reporting requirements with accurate, current, and complete financial and programmatic information.
• Serve as Field Instructor/Field Supervisor for school behavioral health interns and coordinate intern activities.
• Monitor progress, review completed work, cosign assessments and clinical documents in iCAMS.
