Job summary

HACC is seeking a KEYS Program Coordinator to empower TANF and SNAP students to complete their studies and secure employment. You will monitor academic progress, coordinate with CAO caseworkers, and ensure compliance with grant and DHS requirements while developing student-focused education plans and services.

The role involves extensive data reporting, collaboration with KEYS staff, and creating supportive programs and materials to advance student success and workforce readiness at HACC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years experience or combination to perform duties.
• Valid Driver's License and PA Act 15 Compliant.

Responsibilities

• Work with TANF and SNAP students to ensure continued participation and retention at the college; coordinate with CAO caseworkers for supportive services.
• Develop career-specific education plans and arrange additional hours of participation to satisfy DHS requirements.
• Provide DHS-related reports, audits, and records; maintain data in the WDS system and other records.
• Collaborate with KEYS staff and CAO to build partnerships and recruit students; present information and materials to agencies and colleges.
• Maintain confidential files and complete HIPAA training and certification.
• Ensure compliance with grant, CAO, and college regulations in daily activities; stay updated on processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Create and implement programming and resources to support KEYS students' development and workforce readiness.
