Formación

• Associate’s degree in Public Health, Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Four (4) years of full-time experience in healthcare, hospital, or public health setting.
• Experience with immunization data exchange and interoperability.
• Experience with XML and HL7 standards and development.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and Promoting Interoperability requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manages data exchange with the Texas Immunization Registry and resolves data flow issues.
• Supervises staff handling data quality corrections after rejections or errors.
• Serves as liaison between DSHS and TCPH for IIS communication and data exchange.
• Develops and maintains training content for the Immunization Registry.
• Analyzes immunization data for reporting and grant deliverables.
• Manages access to the Immunization Registry for TCPH users and clinics.
• Provides SME-level guidance to internal and external partners.
• Keeps up-to-date on immunization reporting and policy changes.
