Carl Albert State College seeks an Educational Talent Search (ETS) Secretary for its Poteau campus. This full-time, grant-funded position supports a federally funded TRiO program aimed at helping disadvantaged adults enter post-secondary education.

Responsibilities include office management, data entry, records maintenance, and processing grant-required paperwork. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; secretarial experience and strong computer skills are preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous secretarial experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills; attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, plan and implement general office practices.
• Data entry and word processing; maintain confidential records.
• Prepare and maintain ETS employee paperwork as required by grant and institution.
• Perform basic clerical secretarial duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
